Student Blog Requirements
Here are the requirements for your student blogs: Blog Title (5 points): The title of your blog must be as follows: First name, Last Name, Foods I Portfolio (Ex: Kristin Rickey Foods I Portfolio) 5 Typed Recipes (30 points): You must pick 5 recipes from the 10 that we made this semester. They must be typed in proper format: Title, Ingredients, Directions, Yield. You are awarded 6 points per recipe based on the following: Title Ingredients Directions Yield All ingredients and steps in directions accounted for No significant errors in recipe ingredients and directions that would inhibit the success of the recipe 5 Pictures (10 points): You must include 5 pictures of you from our cooking labs. EACH PICTURE must include the following: Picture of you with the final product Title of food you are making in the picture Like or Dislike (10 points): You must list THE TITLE ONLY of all 10 recipes we made this semester and note whether yo...
